How to Use the TV in Living Room?
You have two remotes that control the TV you can turn on the Cable box and TV using the spectrum remote by pressing ALL If for any reason you might need to press input and select SPECTRUM
Small black LG remote is for sound bar it should be already connected. Just power on
Where do i control the AC?
Located on the second floor up the stairs on the left side by the half bathroom you will find on the wall a thermostat. do not raise above 75 or below 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
Where can i park my car?
There is parking for 4 compact vehicles.
Electronic lock access, two car side by side garage with an extra three outdoor parking spots on the property.

Carport: 8’w x 18’d x 7’6”t
Front Carport: 17'd (DO NOT move the planters on the turf to fit a larger vehicle. Moving the planters on the turf will result in a fine.) if you have issues parking please let us know.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF GARAGE OR BLOCKING NEIGHBORS FROM ENTERING OR EXITING THEIR GARAGES. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE TURF AREA.

What to pack
Beach Essentials: Make sure to bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a beach towel to make your time at the beach more comfortable. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas from local vendors. Don't forget a nice casual jacket for the evenings. 2. Water Activities: Pacific Beach is a popular destination for water activities such as swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Make sure to check the weather and surf conditions before heading out. We all enjoy a day at the beach but when its time to head back in we recommend removing your shoes and dusting the sand off your belongings before entering the home again. If you swam or have excessive sand in the car port there is a Outdoor Shower with hot water please rinse off before heading in the home.
Excessive sand causes ware and tear and clogs our drains when showering and sand remains.

Elevator access upon request for individuals with mobility issues.
Check in & Check out?
Check in time is 4 pm Check out 10 am if you need a late check out, a fee is associated with it although we cannot promise anything please reach out to ask. We only ask you take the trash out and gather towels in one place.
QUIET HOURS?
Please be mindful of the neighbors quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. This is strictly enforced.
Please note this is NOT a party house. NO additional guests on the property at any time. Please look at another property if you are considering hosting guests during your stay. Gatherings of any size are strictly prohibited.
As a reminder from our house rules, quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am. This is a STRICT policy. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your immediate eviction with no refund. We do not take this lightly. This is not a party house.
No smoking in or anywhere around the property.
No Pets our cleaners are highly allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal or comfort dog.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or any other business use.
Elevator key available upon request for individuals with mobility issues.
Fireplace is not included with the rental.
